Refund & Return Policy
At Jaipur Design Arts, we want you to love what you receive. If there’s any issue with your order on arrival, please review the policy below and raise a request promptly.
1) Eligibility & Return Window
- Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged/broken on delivery or you received the wrong product.
- You must submit a return request within 1 hour of opening/unboxing after delivery.
2) Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging.
- All accessories/freebies included in the box must be returned.
3) Non-Returnable Items
- Customized / made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return or refund.
4) Return Shipping
- Buyer bears the return shipping cost.
- Use a trackable courier service and share the tracking ID with us.
5) Refunds
- Once your return is received and passes quality check, we will issue a refund to your original payment method / bank account.
- Refund will be initiated within 3 days after approval.
6) Processing Timelines
- End-to-end processing (from request to completion) can take up to 5 business days, depending on courier timelines and QC.
7) How to Raise a Return Request
- Within 1 hour of opening, contact us with your Order ID and issue details.
- We’ll share the return instructions and return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service and share the tracking ID.
Note: This policy applies to domestic orders unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
